We do not offer returns or refunds.
We do not reimburse for lost, missing, damaged or stolen packages.
We recommend you purchase shipping insurance, all orders come with tracking!
Returns and Refunds
1. We do not accept returns and refunds
2. If you decided you no longer want the crystals we ask that you pay for the return shipping and the original shipping cost will NOT be refunded
3. If the item has an issue like it is broken or not as described we will send you a return shipping label. Please send back the item within 7 days of receiving return label.
4. If the item is not returned after 7 days you will be charged a 40% restocking fee
5. All international orders are FINAL SALE, and can not be returned!
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please use our contact form on the site if you have any questions and include your receipt/order number and your contact information . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost Packages during Transit and Missing "Delivered" Packages
If your item is lost by USPS during transit and tracking information is never marked as delivered (and you never receive the item), we will replace the item if possible or refund you. First, you must contact USPS to determine if the item is indeed lost.
Packages will not be considered lost until 12 business days (Monday-Friday; No Holidays) have passed with no tracking updates.
If the tracking information is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to open a lost package case with USPS. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot offer a refund as the tracking information shows the item as being "delivered."
If you would like to have, your item replaced or refunded, please provide us proof that USPS has closed the missing package case and deemed the item as lost.
We are not responsible if USPS returns your package to us for missed-delivery, incorrect address information, or "recipient not available." The customer is responsible for reaching out to us to arrange redelivery and paying the shipping costs to have the item reshipped. Returned packages will be processed back into our inventory after 10 days . After packages are returned to our inventory, they will not be refunded or resent and items must be purchased again.
Crystal Kismet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for the package once a tracking number has been issued.
