  Orders ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please allow 3 business days for processing. You will receive an email when your item ships with tracking information. 

Yes, we’ll combine multiple orders to save you on shipping if the orders have not shipped yet and you use the same email address to purchase them. Use the code "add-on" at checkout to remove additional shipping charges for separate orders. Please only use this code if you already have an open order being prepared.

We do not offer returns or refunds.

We do not reimburse for lost, missing, damaged, or stolen packages. 

All orders include tracking, UPS and USPS orders automatically come with $100 worth of shipping insurance.  

We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for added protection.

We have several options to provide added protection:

• Shipping Insurance Add-ons: Available for purchase to cover your order.
• Signature Upon Delivery: Automatically added for orders over $500.
• Free UPS Upgrade: Provided for orders over $400. Alternatively, you can purchase a UPS shipping upgrade for added security. 

We do not accept returns for international orders and do not reimburse or replace them.

 Please note that custom fees may apply to international shipments, and we are not responsible for paying these fees. 

 We recommend you physically go to your local post office or UPS with any issues. 

We are not responsible after the package leaves our hands.
